Where are you, and how long does it take to reach the Expo Center?
We are in Zeytinlik, Bakırköy: Zeytinlik Mahallesi, Fazılpaşa Sokak No:4, Bakırköy. The Istanbul Expo Center is 15–25 minutes away by car and 30–40 minutes by public transport; Marmaray Bakırköy station is an 8-minute walk.
How do I get from Bakırköy to the Expo Center by public transport?
From our address, walk 8 minutes to Marmaray Bakırköy station and take the train towards Halkalı, getting off at Yeşilköy. The other option is the M1A metro from İncirli to the DTM-İstanbul Fuar Merkezi stop. The journey takes about 30–40 minutes; check current departure times with official sources.
Which apartment suits our expo team?
For a team of 4–5 the two-bedroom apartment (2+1) is the right fit, for 2–3 people the one-bedroom apartment (1+1), and for one or two guests the studio apartment (1+0). Larger teams are placed in combined apartments; just tell us how many people are coming.
Is the building suitable if we arrive with suitcases and sample boxes?
Yes. The building has a lift and security cameras, so getting upstairs with suitcases, catalogues and sample boxes is easy. Every apartment has a kitchen, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
What are the check-in and check-out times, and can we arrive late at night?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If you will be coming back late from stand build-up, tell us your estimated arrival time in advance and we will plan your check-in around it. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and should be asked for in advance. Each guest needs a passport at check-in, and Turkish citizens can also use their T.C. ID card.
Can we pay on behalf of the company or get company documents?
Ask about corporate payment or the documents you need when you book; we will settle it in that conversation. Payment is in cash, by bank transfer/EFT or by credit card on site; you do not need to share your card details online.
Where should I check the fair dates?
The most current information is in the event calendar of the Expo Center and in the organiser's announcements for the fair you are attending. Get in touch once the dates are confirmed; we recommend asking early around fair periods.
How do I find out the current rate?
We tell you the current rate right away by phone or WhatsApp; just send your dates and the number of guests. Your booking is confirmed by written message.
